What is gastroscopy?

"Gastroscopy is a flexible telescopic examination of the gullett, stomach and duodenum. It is safe and painless and is generally done afer local anaesthetic throat spray or mild sedation. The test is done as an out patient and generally takes about 5 to 10 minutes." More about gastroscopy.
